Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 for the SAS Royal Hotel, this lamp features a white-painted inner shade that can be tilted for personalized light distribution. Its smaller size makes it a versatile addition to any room.

The AJ Table Lamp boasts a clean, distinguished design that provides immaculate lighting. Exhibiting a parallel between straight and curved angles, this lamp is part of Jacobsen's comprehensive design concept for the hotel and a key element in his meticulously crafted architectural works.

Light Concept

The fixture emits downward directed light. The angle of the screen can be adjusted approximately 90 degrees up and down to optimize light distribution. The shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft comfortable light.
