Retail Team Lead
Our company is seeking a Retail Team Lead who is passionate about retail, design, and customer service. This part-time leadership role requires a motivated individual who can oversee store operations, drive sales, and support the retail team. The Team Lead will also assist with administrative tasks, staff training, and merchandising to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Our ideal hire:
- 2+ years of retail experience.
- Customer service or leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
- Ability to multitask and maintain an organized space.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions.
- Interest in design.
Key Responsibilities include:
Customer Experience & Sales
- Engage with customers to create a warm, inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Learn and speak knowledgeably about our high-end product lines, highlighting their quality and design.
- Help drive sales by encouraging product upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead by example, coaching team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Team Leadership & Training
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring part-time retail associates.
- Support scheduling and shift coverage to ensure proper staffing.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and troubleshooting.
Store Operations & Administrative Tasks
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure POS system transactions are accurate and efficient.
- Support store events, promotions, and seasonal display changes.
Hours:
- 25-30 hours a week.
- Hours may adjust seasonally or during special events.
- May be assigned to work at either shop depending on the need.
Pay:
- $17.00/hr + commission +bonus

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Team Members to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional service, assist customers in selecting products, process sales, and contribute to a beautifully curated store environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
Customer Experience & Sales
- Greet and engage customers, making them feel welcome.
- Help customers find products that fit their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain a knowledge of product lines.
- Work towards individual and team sales goals.
Store Operations & Administrative Tasks
- Assist with inventory, restocking, tagging, and organizing products.
- Help maintain displays.
- General store tasks such as cleaning and organizing.
- Support store events, product launches, and promotions.

Hours:
- 20-25 hours a week.
- Hours may adjust seasonally or during special events.
- May be assigned to work at either shop depending on the need.
Pay:
- $12.00/hr + commission +bonus

On-call Retail Team Member
The on-call team member has all the same job requirements and pay as our regular retail team members but hours will be offered during peak times when we need more hands or to cover shifts due to vacations and illness. Perfect for someone retired or who has a flexible schedule and would like to pick up hours now and then.
