Part-Time Retail Team Member

Team members will assist our customers with purchasing decisions, process transactions, assist in merchandising & maintain the shop.

Our ideal hire:

  • Creative with a love of interior design.
  • Personable and friendly.
  • Able to talk comfortably to guests and intelligently discuss design trends and premium products.
  • Responsible, organized, and a problem solver.
  • Good at merchandising.
  • Sales experience.
  • Social Media/Marketing experience.
  • Adaptable- can jump between shops and other duties if needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with front desk sales.
  • Engage customers in conversation, helping them discover unique, high-end products and close sales.
  • Learn and speak knowledgeably about our high-end product lines, highlighting their quality and design.
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes work such as unpacking shipments, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Help create product listings and support marketing tasks (e.g., email campaigns, social media).
  • Be available for additional hours during special events and holidays.

Hours:

  • 20 hours a week. 
  • Wednesday-Saturday from 1:00 to 6:00.
  • Hours may adjust seasonally or during special events.
  • Team members may be assigned to work at either shop depending on the need. 

Pay:

  • $18.00/hr   
  • Shop discount

Temporary/Seasonal Retail Team Member

The temporary/seasonal team member has all the same job requirements and pay but hours will be more of an on/call or as needed basis to be scheduled during events and holidays when we need more hands. Perfect for someone who has a flexible schedule and would like to pick up hours now and then.

Contract Interior Designer (Freelance)

Are you a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with a passion for high-end design? We're looking for an experienced freelance Interior Designer to collaborate with our upscale retail store, specializing in modern Scandinavian-inspired furniture and home décor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with clients to provide expert design consultations, offering tailored solutions that align with their style and space needs.
  • Use your design expertise to integrate our product offerings into customer projects, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality.
  • Collaborate with our team to enhance the customer experience with thoughtfully curated spaces.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, offering guidance on product selection and design elements to elevate their interiors.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in interior design, preferably with high-end residential or c projects.
  • Strong understanding of Scandinavian design principles and the ability to articulate what sets premium products apart.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Flexibility to collaborate on various aspects of design, from in-store staging to full residential projects.
