Thank you for shopping with Ökenhem. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below you’ll find information regarding our shipping process, options, and rates.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within [2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping on small goods is free for orders over $150. Under $150, there is a $15 flat rate fee. Excluding, furniture, lighting, or other bulky items.

Oversized/Bulky Shipping Rates: Shipping for oversized or bulky items will be figured by weight. 1-24 LB = $35, 25-50 LB=-25 LB $45, 51-100 LB = $65, 101-199=-98 $100
- Freight Shipping Rates (Most Furniture & Large Lighting): Threshold Delivery = 15% of the order total with a max fee of $399.00. In-Home Delivery = 25% of the order total with a max fee of $699.00

Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: [5-6] business days
- Special Order/Freight Shipping: Can be 8 to 16 weeks depending on the product availability.
Delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all the lower 48 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be done but will incur additional costs.
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The carrier selected for your shipment will be based on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or through our order tracking page [link to tracking page].
- Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to size, weight, or regulatory issues. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email/contact form link]. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
- Order Modifications: Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes to the items or shipping method selected. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
