Ingredients: peppermint, chamomile, nettle leaves, wild raspberry leaves, blackcurrant leaves.

How to Prepare:
• Put 1 pyramid tea bag in a cup
• Pour in 150 ml of hot water (95°C)
• Let it brew for 5 minutes.
