Care and Maintenance
Powder coated metal is durable and does not require any particular type of maintenance. Simply wipe with a soft cloth wrung in hot water, possibly containing a mild cleaning agent if necessary. Wipe the surface with a dry cloth, immediately after.
Make sure to always wipe the metal frame after washing the floor to avoid stains.
Stain Removal
Dust, dirt and grease: Wipe clean with a soft cloth firmly wrung in hot water containing a mild cleaning agent.
Marks from shoe polish/rubber: Wipe clean with a soft cloth firmly wrung in hot water containing a mild cleaning agent. You may use methylated spirits or cleaner’s naphtha on tougher stains.
∆ Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents with sanding qualities, as these will permanently damage the surface.
We offer free ground shipping for orders of small goods over $150 within the contiguous United States. Furniture & bulky items are not included in the free delivery offer. A freight charge will be added for all furniture and lighting orders.
All furniture & lighting orders are considered special orders with shipping estimated from 3-12 weeks. Many of our brands are shipped by ocean freight from Scandinavia. Customs fabrics and other made to order goods may take 16 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the project and general shipping conditions.
