The Chop Chair by Philippe Malouin is an evergreen design conceived for use in a range of public and private outdoor spaces. Beautifully proportioned, with subtle curvatures, it is intentionally simple, in both construction and style. Chop reimagines a classic slatted-chair archetype to create a silhouette that is immediately recognizable, yet pleasingly unknown. The idea for the design was influenced by Malouin’s work in the art world, where he often utilizes hand-led industrial techniques to develop striking forms that accentuate the object's materiality. The Chop collection is cut, bent and welded from durable stainless steel, and is available in a raw, sandblasted or powder-coated colored finish. A design for all seasons, Chop is correctly weighted to resist wind, while still being light enough to move around and stack with ease.

General care and cleaning instructions
Always test a small area prior to cleaning. Wipe with a clean and dry or slightly
damp cloth wrung out in a mild solution of environmental friendly detergent. Always
dry with a clean and dry cloth after removing any residue. Keep the surface clean
and dry. It may be stained permanently if any residue is not removed relatively
quickly. Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaning products, if not advised otherwise, as it can damage the surface.
We offer free ground shipping for orders of small goods over $150 within the contiguous United States. Furniture & bulky items are not included in the free delivery offer. A freight charge will be added for all furniture and lighting orders.
All furniture & lighting orders are considered special orders with shipping estimated from 3-12 weeks. Many of our brands are shipped by ocean freight from Scandinavia. Customs fabrics and other made to order goods may take 16 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the project and general shipping conditions.
