Delivery
Delivery time for made-to-order products depends on production lead time in our factory but can be between 10-12 weeks from the time you place your order. You will be contacted by our carrier to arrange a specific delivery day and time once the order is ready to ship.
We offer free ground shipping for orders of small goods over $150 within the contiguous United States. Furniture & bulky items are not included in the free delivery offer. A freight charge will be added for all furniture and lighting orders.
All furniture & lighting orders are considered special orders with shipping estimated from 3-12 weeks. Many of our brands are shipped by ocean freight from Scandinavia. Customs fabrics and other made to order goods may take 16 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the project and general shipping conditions.
